What's in your Beer Stash?

This is looking to be an excellent beer weekend.

I finally got my hands on a DogFish Head 120 IPA. Thanks, anonymous tipster and thank you, Joe for picking it up at Merchant of Vino. It was $8.50 for a 12-ounce bottle! Joe also picked up some Steamworks Third Eye Pale Ale and Great Divide Hercules Double IPA.

There's no shortage of hops (or alcohol) in that list!

For Valentine's Day, I got a sixer of Fort Collins Brewery's Chocolate Stout.

The final stop for Steamworks Brewing Co.’s “Operation Clam Bake,” which will benefit the National Sports Center for the Disabled (NSCD), is set for Fri., Feb. 23 at Winter Park Ski Resort, Winter Park, Colo.

The “Clam Bake” offers up a bowl of hot steamed clams and a Steamworks brew (be that a hand-crafted beer or soda) for $5. Proceeds, in excess of expenses, generated during the afternoon-long “operation” go directly to the NSCD, the world’s largest adaptive ski school based at Winter Park Resort.
