Sunday Liquor sales

There's another attempt to let us buy booze on Sundays. This time around, there's talk of letting grocery stores sell more than just 3.2 beer.
What do you think of that?

The blue laws that prevent Sunday booze sales and automobile sales rank right up there with the witch trials. Who are we saving/protecting by not selling booze and cars on Sunday?
I can buy heart-clogging, triple-whammy bacon-cheese-dipped-in-grease burgers. I can climb into a ring and have the ultimate experience of someone kicking, punching and elbowing me until I'm unconscious. I can climb into the car that I bought on Saturday and drive like an idiot on Sunday. What the hell? (Can we say hell on Sundays?)

Bringing grocery stores into the 21st century and allowing them to sell all sorts of beer, even on Sunday???

I like it.

The problem is those who have dedicated their lives to running our lives won't let it happen.

Think about it.

If this idea becomes law, what's next???

Sunday auto sales???

How will Dealin' Doug survive without the sabbath off?

lol!!!
