I and IPA on tap at the Suns

In celebration of the 600th batch of beer brewed at Southern Sun the brewers have conjured yet another feat of hoppiness.
The “I and IPA� (batch 600) will be debuting its hoppy girth Aug. 11.
“I and IPA� is s brand new Imperial IPA. Fresh lemongrass was used to compliment the citrus notes of a new hop variety called Summit. Summits are a high alpha (bitter) hop that contributes a serious grapefruit nuance to this beer. Sixt pounds of orange blossom honey was included for increased alcohol and more citrus. Weighing in at 9% ABV, this beer is only served in half pints at the pub.
“I and I� is the Rastafarian terminology for a communal “we� instead of “you�, “me�, “we�, or “they�. Just say “I and I�.
